Cancelations

Please understand when you cancel your appointment without ample notice, we at halo miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and another client is denied the opportunity to receive a service. As a courtesy our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance either via text or phone.


We kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice for all cancelations or 50% of the reserved appointment amount may be charged.


No shows are noted and will require a 50% deposit on any future appointments requested.


A credit card may be required to reserve your appointment time.


Late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call and let us know.

Arriving late for your appointment may result in the altering of services to fit the remaining time.


Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without a call will be rescheduled.


Confirmations

As a courtesy, we confirm your services and appointment 24 hours before your appointment date. Please remember it is your responsibility to note your appointment dates.


Retail Guarantee

halo provides some of the top products in our industry. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product purchase may exchange it within 7 days.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer service and satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If you are unhappy with a service that was provided, we would like to extend the opportunity to have you return. Clients are welcome to come in with original stylist or we can recommend another stylist. Please contact us within 48 hours of original appointment date to honor this service complimentary.

Please note that this guarantee does not apply if the client decides to change the original look from the previous visit.


Appointments

To ensure that you get an appointment when you want and with whom you want, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving


Consultations

We offer complimentary consultations for any of our salon services. This may be scheduled as a separate visit or combined with your reservation. Consultations are provided so that the stylist may assess your hair. Please be honest and forthcoming when asked the nature of home coloring products used or chemical treatments that have been done outside of our salon.

A scheduled consultation is required for all corrective color and extension appointments.

Be sure to notify your stylist if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions or allergies.


Cell Phones

We strive to make a halo a relaxing and tranquil experience for all. In a effort to insure you receive the best service from our stylist and for the comfort of our other guests please limit cell phone use while in the studio.


Personal Belongings

Please remove jewelry while receiving your service. We advise against wearing light colored clothing when receiving color services. Robes are provided.


We are not responsible/liable for items lost, stolen or damaged.


Children

We are happy to accommodate children over the age of 11 for services.

As a courtesy to our guests and a safety precaution, we do not permit children that are not receiving services in the salon.


Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. Personal checks will not be accepted by first time clients.
